Georgia Davies is the bass player for the band, her dream dinner party guest would be Virginia Woolf and her favourite food is a bottle of 1774 Vercel "Vin Jaune d'Arbois".[1]

Early life[]

Georgia Davies was born May 6, 1999 in Canberra, Australia.[2] She has two younger brothers and she was raised in Sydney (specifically the northern beaches) before moving to the UK to study literature.[2]

As a kid Georgia would attend piano lessons but wanted to learn the guitar after watching Wayne’s world and being inspired by the bass player.[3] This led to her playing the bass lines with a piano player’s mind.[2]

Career[]

Georgia started off by playing in a band with her two brothers who played the guitar and drums, they would enter into high school talent shows together which made Georgia realise she loved being on stage.[4]

While attending collage Georgia joined a band her friends had created named "Subterraneans". [5] She played the bass and backing vocals in the band and they played together until their last gig on the 5th of January, 2018.[6]

Georgia and Lizzie Mayland met Abigail Morris while they were studying literature at King’s College in London and built a firm friendship going to gigs together.[7][2] After meeting they all decided to form a band while in a smokers area,[8] and in 2020 they created "The Dinner Party", which they renamed The Last Dinner Party in 2023 before the release of their debut single.
